Responsibilities
- Assist skilled trades with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate hand/power tools safely and effectively (saws, drills, etc.)
- Read and interpret blueprints to execute tasks accurately
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work site
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Support concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months construction or labor experience preferred
- Valid OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical tasks for extended periods
- Basic understanding of construction tools and materials
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Reliable transportation to various job sites in Seattle
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Pass pre-employment background and drug screening
