Responsibilities
- Assist skilled trades with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently (saws, drills, etc.)
- Follow blueprints and verbal instructions for task execution
- Maintain job site safety standards and report hazards
- Perform basic construction tasks (demolition, excavation, concrete work)
- Support equipment setup/teardown and material inventory
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months construction/labor experience preferred
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in all weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic tool proficiency and mechanical aptitude
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to pass background/drug screening
