Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other tradespeople with material handling and site preparation
- Operate basic power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) under supervision
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and debris removal
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and wear required PPE
- Read blueprints and follow verbal instructions from supervisors
- Perform general site cleanup and minor concrete work
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform strenuous physical tasks
- Basic hand/power tool knowledge preferred
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- OSHA 10 certification a plus
