- Assist skilled tradespeople in site preparation, material handling, and cleanup
- Operate hand/power tools safely and effectively
- Follow blueprints and instructions from site supervisors
- Maintain organized job sites and adhere to OSHA safety standards
- Perform basic construction tasks including excavation, framing, and finishing
- Transport materials using equipment like wheelbarrows and forklifts (certification provided)
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety protocols
