Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with construction tasks including excavation, material handling, and site cleanup
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment safely under supervision
- Load and unload construction materials at job sites
- Maintain a clean and organized work area following OSHA standards
- Follow verbal instructions and contribute to team-based project goals
- Report safety hazards and equipment malfunctions to site supervisors
Qualifications
- Must be physically able to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license preferred (not mandatory)
- Reliable transportation to job sites within Philadelphia metro area
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Willingness to undergo background check and drug screening
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- No prior construction experience required
