Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters, masons, and equipment operators on active construction sites
- Prepare sites by clearing debris, setting up scaffolding, and organizing materials
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently per OSHA standards
- Read blueprints and follow written instructions from site supervisors
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces and adhere to safety protocols
- Support concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and materials
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred (training provided)
- Strong work ethic and punctuality for shift-based assignments
- Willingness to work in varying weather conditions
- Pass pre-employment background and drug screening
