Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial and residential properties
- Interpret blueprints and technical diagrams to ensure compliance with NEC and local codes
- Diagnose electrical faults using specialized testing equipment
- Coordinate with contractors and clients to ensure project timelines are met
- Conduct safety inspections and implement OSHA-compliant protocols
- Manage inventory and order necessary materials for weekend projects
- Maintain detailed documentation of work performed and materials used
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Valid Massachusetts Electrician Journeyman License (required)
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong knowledge of NEC codes and local regulations
- Proficient in troubleshooting 120V-480V systems
- Ability to work independently and make critical decisions
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday 6AM - 6PM)
