Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and cleanup of construction sites, including debris removal and material handling.
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks.
- Operate basic construction equipment and tools under supervision (e.g., saws, drills, forklifts).
- Support carpenters, electricians, and other tradespeople with various tasks as needed.
- Ensure all work areas remain clean, organized, and safe in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform basic measurements and site surveys to assist in project planning.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous construction or labor experience is a plus but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects for extended periods.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Strong commitment to safety and following instructions.
