Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters and skilled trades with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate basic hand/power tools safely and efficiently under supervision
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment at job sites
- Follow safety protocols and maintain organized, hazard-free work areas
- Support demolition, excavation, and foundational tasks as needed
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards
- Report equipment issues or safety concerns to site supervisors
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old and eligible to work in the US
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in outdoor conditions
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- Basic understanding of construction safety standards
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings and weekends
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
