Responsibilities
- Assist skilled trades with material handling, site prep, and equipment operation
- Execute safety protocols and maintain clean, organized work zones
- Read blueprints and follow construction plans under supervisor guidance
- Perform general labor tasks including excavation, concrete pouring, and framing
- Conduct quality checks and report project progress to site managers
- Operate hand/power tools and machinery with proper certification
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction or related labor experience
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid California Driver's License
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Basic math skills for material measurement
- Flexibility for early morning/weekend shifts
