Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, material handling, and debris removal
- Operate basic hand/power tools under supervision

- Support carpenters and other trades on residential/commercial sites
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Perform general cleanup and site security duties
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Basic understanding of construction safety standards
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions
