Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with excavation, demolition, and material handling
- Operate hand/power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) under supervision
- Maintain site safety protocols and clean work zones daily
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Follow blueprints and verbal instructions from site managers
- Perform physical tasks including lifting (up to 50 lbs) and prolonged standing
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in all weather
- Valid driver's license preferred
- OSHA 10-hour certification (training provided if not certified)
- Reliable transportation to job sites within Milwaukee County
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Team-oriented attitude with strong communication skills
