Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with daily tasks on the job site.
- Load, unload, and transport building materials to and from the work area.
- Prepare and clean construction sites, removing debris and obstacles.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment safely.
- Follow all safety guidelines and regulations set by OSHA and company policy.
- Perform manual labor including digging, lifting, and hauling.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We welcome entry-level applicants and provide comprehensive on-site training.
- Ability to perform physical labor and work in various weather conditions.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and a team player.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read simple instructions.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are preferred.
- Willingness to wear appropriate safety gear (steel-toed boots, hard hat, etc.) at all times.
