Responsibilities
- Perform various manual labor tasks on construction sites, including loading and unloading materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with tasks such as digging, framing, and general cleanup.
- Operate basic construction equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety regulations.
- Ensure all work is performed according to blueprints and project specifications.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety practices is a plus.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and team-oriented attitude.
- Must be 18 years or older and legally eligible to work in the USA.
