Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Assist in the setup and cleanup of construction areas.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment (e.g., power drills, saws, levels).
- Dig trenches, foundations, or holes as directed by supervisors.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols.
- Assist with general site maintenance and minor repairs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous construction experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Must be physically fit and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
