Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters, electricians, and other skilled tradespeople with daily tasks and project needs.
- Load, unload, and prepare construction materials, tools, and equipment.
- Operate basic heavy machinery and power tools under strict supervision.
- Perform site cleanup, including removing debris and ensuring a safe work environment.
- Measure and cut materials to required specifications when directed.
- Transport materials to and from the job site efficiently.
Qualifications
- Must be physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic understanding of construction safety standards (OSHA 10/30 preferred).
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-oriented attitude.
