Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily tasks.
- Perform basic site preparation, including digging, clearing, and leveling.
- Operate heavy machinery and tools such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and power saws (as trained).
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
- Set up and break down temporary workstations and barricades.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for measurements and measurements.
- Willingness to learn and follow safety instructions strictly.
