- Operate power tools and handheld equipment safely.
- Measure, cut, and shape materials, including wood and concrete.
- Keep the job site clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Perform basic site preparation, including digging and leveling.
Qualifications
- Previous construction or labor experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Ability to perform physical labor for long periods, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Basic math skills for measuring and cutting.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
