Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks including framing, drywall, and general site cleanup.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Transport materials and tools to and from the job site.
- Load and unload lumber, concrete, and other building materials.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies on the job site.
- Perform basic site preparation tasks such as digging, leveling, and debris removal.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous construction or labor experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for measuring and material estimation.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong team player with a positive attitude.
