Responsibilities
- Assist in loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials and tools.
- Operate basic construction equipment and machinery safely under supervision.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times.
- Follow all safety protocols, OSHA guidelines, and site regulations.
- Perform general physical labor including digging, lifting, and moving debris.
- Help set up and take down temporary structures, scaffolding, and work areas.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and fellow team members.
Qualifications
- No experience required – We provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site is mandatory.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic ability to read and follow simple instructions.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends.
