Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various on-site construction tasks, including framing, drywalling, and finishing.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment from trucks to the job site.
- Perform general site maintenance, including cleanup, debris removal, and waste disposal.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Operate basic construction machinery and hand tools under the supervision of a foreman.
- Support excavation, demolition, or renovation projects as directed by project managers.
- Maintain a positive attitude and work effectively within a diverse team structure.
Qualifications
- Must be physically able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, rain, cold).
- Willingness to learn new skills and follow safety guidelines strictly.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Previous experience in construction or manual labor is a plus but not required.
- Valid ID or driver's license preferred.
