Responsibilities
- Assist in building, remodeling, and repairing various structures and facilities.
- Load and unload building materials from delivery trucks.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- Transport tools and materials to and from the job site.
- Perform basic digging, leveling, and site preparation tasks.
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required. We are willing to train the right candidate!
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy objects and standing for long periods.
- Basic math skills for measuring and estimating materials.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Valid Driver's License (Preferred).
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Strong desire to learn and work as part of a team.
