Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Clear debris, level ground, and prepare construction sites for building projects.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport tools, materials, and equipment to and from the job site.
- General Labor: Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks including carpentry, painting, and cleaning.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and company guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
- Equipment Operation: Operate basic construction machinery and hand tools under supervision.
- Site Maintenance: Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Must be able to stand, walk, kneel, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Willingness to Learn: A positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills are essential.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and able to work scheduled shifts.
- Communication Skills: Basic ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
- Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license preferred but not strictly required.
- Age Requirement: At least 18 years of age.
