Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by digging, grading, and clearing debris.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and distribute construction materials, tools, and equipment to designated areas.
- General Labor: Perform a variety of manual tasks including hauling, mixing concrete, and cleaning work areas.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
- Equipment Support: Operate basic machinery and hand tools under supervision (e.g., jackhammers, forklifts).
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with foremen and other crew members to meet project deadlines.
- Quality Control: Help ensure work meets the company's high standards of quality and craftsmanship.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: Entry-level positions available for motivated individuals.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods; must be able to lift 50+ lbs regularly.
