Responsibilities

- Load/unuck equipment and materials at job sites
- Follow safety protocols and wear required protective gear
- Support skilled tradespeople with preparation and cleanup tasks
- Work in various weather conditions and adhere to project timelines
Qualifications
- No prior experience required - we provide comprehensive training
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Boston
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions
