Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks and projects.
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials and tools.
- Keep job sites clean, safe, and organized.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools under supervision.
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, and carrying.
- Follow all safety protocols and site regulations.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills and ability to follow instructions.
- No specific construction experience required; a strong work ethic is a must.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
