Responsibilities
- Perform physically demanding tasks including excavation, demolition, material handling, and site cleanup
- Operate hand/power tools and heavy equipment safely and efficiently
- Assist skilled tradespeople with installation and framing activities
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized worksite
- Read and interpret blueprints to execute construction plans accurately
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment as needed
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of construction labor experience or equivalent training
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred (training available)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform strenuous physical activity
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and outdoor environments
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
