Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport building materials, tools, and equipment to and from the job site.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily tasks and project requirements.
- Operate power tools and heavy machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, under strict supervision.
- Perform general site preparation, including cleanup, debris removal, and taping of drywall.
- Ensure the work area remains clean, organized, and compliant with all OSHA safety standards.
- Follow verbal and written instructions from site supervisors efficiently and accurately.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver's license.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Physically fit and capable of working outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Basic understanding of construction safety protocols is preferred but not required.
- Willingness to learn new skills and work as part of a team.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
