Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by clearing debris and ensuring a safe work environment.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment to and from the site.
- General Labor: Perform a variety of manual tasks including digging, trenching, and basic carpentry assistance under the supervision of skilled tradespeople.
- Equipment Support: Operate hand and power tools safely and maintain a clean, organized work area.
- Quality Assurance: Help ensure all work meets project specifications and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting, standing, and walking.
- Experience: Previous construction or landscaping experience is a plus but not required (training provided).
- Availability: Must be available for part-time shifts, including weekends or evenings if necessary.
- License: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
- Safety Conscious: Must adhere to all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
