Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks including carpentry, painting, and general cleanup.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively under supervision.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site by removing debris and equipment.
- Follow all safety regulations and site-specific protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
- Perform basic site preparation tasks such as excavation, grading, and concrete mixing assistance.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions from foremen and supervisors.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety gear is a plus but not required.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
