Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Assist in the setup and preparation of construction sites, including clearing debris, digging trenches, and grading the area.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials (wood, steel, concrete, etc.) to and from the job site using dollies, pallet jacks, or forklifts.
- Equipment Support: Clean, organize, and help operate basic construction equipment and power tools under the supervision of foremen.
- Basic Trade Assistance: Help skilled tradespeople with framing, drywall hanging, painting, or concrete pouring as directed.
- Site Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe worksite by sweeping, picking up litter, and disposing of waste properly.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with site supervisors and team members to ensure project milestones are met.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Must be able to perform physical labor for long periods, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting heavy items (up to 50 lbs).
- No Experience Needed: We welcome entry-level applicants. A strong willingness to learn and a positive attitude are the only requirements.
- Valid ID: Must possess a valid government-issued ID and be legally authorized to work in the United States.
