Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and leveling ground.
- Material Handling: Transport, load, and unload construction materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual labor.
- Site Cleanup: Maintain a clean and safe job site by removing trash and organizing tools after each shift.
- Trade Support: Provide general support to carpenters, electricians, and masons as needed.
- Tool Management: Inspect and organize tools to ensure they are ready for the next workday.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform manual labor for extended periods, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and have a good work ethic.
- Safety Conscious: Familiarity with basic construction safety protocols (PPE required).
- Communication: Basic ability to follow instructions and communicate with crew members.
- Driver's License: A valid driver's license is preferred but not always required.
