Responsibilities
- Assist Senior Plumbers: Support the installation, repair, and maintenance of residential and commercial plumbing systems.
- Read Blueprints: Interpret basic technical drawings and blueprints to understand layout requirements.
- Tool Management: Maintain, clean, and organize tools and equipment to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols while working in various environments.
- Troubleshooting: Identify common plumbing issues and assist in troubleshooting repairs under supervision.
- Customer Interaction: Provide excellent customer service by maintaining a professional demeanor on job sites.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Driver’s License: Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation are required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy objects, working in tight spaces, and standing for extended periods.
- Math Skills: Basic math skills for measuring and calculating material needs accurately.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate).
- Attitude: A willingness to learn, follow instructions, and work well within a team environment.
