Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with various construction tasks.
- Load and unload materials from trucks using forklifts or hand trucks.
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Perform basic site preparation, including digging, leveling, and spreading materials.
- Operate basic construction equipment under supervision.
- Follow all safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for measuring and cutting materials.
- Valid Driver’s License (preferred).
- Commitment to workplace safety and team collaboration.
- No prior experience required; training is provided.
