Responsibilities
- Perform general labor duties on active construction sites, including digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various tasks to ensure project milestones are met.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment under the direct supervision of a foreman.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site in strict accordance with OSHA safety regulations.
- Load and unload construction materials from delivery trucks and transport them to the work area.
- Follow verbal and written instructions to complete assigned tasks efficiently.
- Participate in daily tool and site safety inspections.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid ID.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs) repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all types of weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-oriented attitude.
- Basic mechanical aptitude is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
