Responsibilities
- Assist skilled trade professionals with daily tasks including framing, drywall hanging, and painting.
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment at job sites.
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and setting up scaffolding.
- Operate power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company quality control standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and ensure proper waste disposal.
- Communicate effectively with foremen and team members to ensure project milestones are met.
Qualifications
- Physical stamina to lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Basic understanding of construction safety protocols is a plus.
- Willingness to learn and take direction from senior crew members.
- Ability to stand, bend, and climb for extended periods.
- No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided for dedicated candidates.
