Responsibilities
- Execute excavation, grading, and concrete pouring operations under night shift supervision
- Operate heavy machinery including skid steers and compactors with precision
- Install/modify scaffolding and temporary structures per OSHA standards
- Perform material handling, inventory management, and site cleanup protocols
- Adhere strictly to safety procedures during low-visibility nighttime conditions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on complex civil engineering projects
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years commercial construction experience or trade certification
- Night shift availability with reliable transportation for multi-state sites
- OSHA 10/30 certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR for equipment operation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Basic blueprint reading and measurement proficiency
