Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials and tools at job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, HVAC) with daily tasks.
- Perform general site maintenance, including cleanup, debris removal, and waste sorting.
- Operate basic heavy machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols strictly.
- Help with excavation, concrete pouring, and general framing support.
- Ensure work areas are kept organized and safe.
Qualifications
- Physical stamina to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic understanding of construction site safety and OSHA guidelines.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Previous experience in general labor or related fields is preferred but not required.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and team-oriented mindset.
