Responsibilities
- Assist in general site preparation, including excavation, leveling, and cleanup.
- Operate and maintain hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Transport materials and supplies to and from the job site.
- Mix concrete, mortar, or other materials as directed by supervisors.
- Follow all safety regulations and OSHA guidelines strictly.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and site plans.
Qualifications
- Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Must be available for part-time shifts, including weekends and evenings if necessary.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is preferred.
- Previous construction or labor experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and on construction sites.
