Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling, site preparation, and tool management
- Operate hand/power tools safely (hammers, saws, drills, etc.) for construction tasks
- Load/unload equipment and materials while maintaining organized job sites
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean, hazard-free work environments
- Support concrete pouring, framing, demolition, and finishing tasks as assigned
- Perform daily site inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with valid photo ID and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and perform physically demanding tasks
- Willingness to work in extreme weather conditions (heat, rain, dust)
- Basic math skills for material measurements and inventory tracking
- Commitment to punctuality and adherence to construction schedules
- Team player with strong communication skills in English
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
