Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, including excavation, grading, and material handling
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently (e.g., drills, saws, jackhammers)
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment at job sites
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain clean, organized work areas
- Collaborate with skilled tradespeople to support project timelines
- Perform general cleanup and debris removal as needed
- Adapt to diverse tasks across commercial, residential, and municipal projects
Qualifications
- Previous construction/labor experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic knowledge of hand/power tools and construction materials
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Pass background check and drug screening
