Responsibilities
- Assist in site preparation, excavation, and material handling
- Operate basic hand/power tools safely and effectively
- Load/un construction materials and maintain organized job sites
- Follow safety protocols and maintain clean work areas
- Support skilled trades with task-specific duties
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, and carrying
- Complete minor demolition and debris removal tasks
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Basic hand/power tool knowledge
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Flexible availability including early mornings/weekends
- Strong work ethic and team collaboration skills
- Must pass pre-employment background check
