Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks including loading, unloading, and carrying materials and tools.
- Assist in site preparation, excavation, and concrete pouring under supervision.
- Operate power tools and construction equipment safely and efficiently.
- Ensure the job site is clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA safety standards.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and layout instructions.
- Support the foreman with daily task assignments and project timelines.
- Lift and move heavy objects up to 50+ lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Physically fit with the stamina to work in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills and ability to read a tape measure.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
