Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including digging, trenching, lifting, and carrying heavy materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various on-site duties.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Load and unload materials from delivery trucks and staging areas.
- Follow verbal and written instructions from site supervisors regarding project tasks.
Qualifications
- Physical stamina and the ability to perform strenuous labor outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for measuring and estimating material quantities.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation preferred.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
