Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation and cleanup of construction sites, ensuring a safe and organized work environment.
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks and transport them to job sites.
- Operate basic construction equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and compressors, under supervision.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a hazard-free zone.
- Perform general manual labor, including digging, hauling, and lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
- Support carpenters, electricians, and masons with specific tasks as directed.
- Monitor inventory levels of materials and report shortages to the site supervisor.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to perform physical labor in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings and weekends.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work well in a team setting.
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
- Basic understanding of construction safety practices is a plus but not required.
- No drug screening required for immediate consideration.
