Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial electrical systems.
- Prepare and organize job sites, including laying out materials, tools, and equipment.
- Install and connect wiring, conduits, and fixtures according to local building codes and safety regulations.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on electrical equipment to ensure operational efficiency.
- Adhere to strict OSHA safety protocols and company quality standards at all times.
- Read and interpret basic electrical blueprints and schematics under supervision.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment for team members and clients.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We provide paid training for candidates willing to learn.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation to job sites.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- Basic math skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions.
- Physical stamina to stand, kneel, bend, and lift heavy tools and equipment (up to 50 lbs).
- Willingness to obtain required state licenses and certifications during employment.
