Responsibilities

- Operate hand tools (hammers, saws, drills) and light equipment safely
- Follow blueprints and supervisor instructions for task execution
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and adhere to safety protocols
- Support carpenters, masons, and other trades as needed
- Complete daily timecards and equipment checklists accurately
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic hand tool knowledge preferred but not required
- OSHA 10 certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Pass background/drug screening (company-provided)
