Responsibilities
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting materials, operating hand tools, and site preparation
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, masons, electricians) with project execution
- Maintain clean and organized job sites, including debris removal and safety compliance
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and project specifications
- Operate light machinery (concrete mixers, power tools) under supervision
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Complete daily timecards and report progress to site supervisors
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks in all weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic math skills for material measurement and inventory
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to follow verbal/written instructions from supervisors
- Willingness to undergo background check and drug screening
