Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen, including carpenters, electricians, and plumbers, with daily site tasks.
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials and tools efficiently.
- Perform general site cleanup, including debris removal and waste disposal.
- Operate basic hand tools and power equipment safely and correctly.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and site protocols at all times.
- Assist with excavation, trenching, and groundwork preparation.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must be willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic understanding of construction safety is a plus but not required.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and have a positive attitude.
- Valid Driver’s License (preferred for site access).
- High School Diploma or GED.
