Responsibilities
- Assist project managers and skilled tradesmen with daily site operations.
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment.
- Operate heavy machinery and power tools (e.g., forklifts, compressors) safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant job site.
- Perform physical tasks such as digging, lifting heavy objects, and mixing concrete.
- Follow safety protocols and wear all required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Report any safety hazards or equipment issues to the site supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills and ability to read a tape measure.
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to learn and follow verbal instructions.
- Ability to work as part of a diverse team.
